A house refurbishment project agreement was signed and all the “I’s” doted and the “T’s” crossed before we started the midi skip hire the customer ordered for us to deliver. We all tried to explain to this customer that a midi skip hire was not going to be large enough to keep the debris out of the way during this project, but this customer didn’t want to pay the cost for the large skip hire. The midi skip hire is not for the larger extension project and not nearly large enough to handle the bricks that will be broken during the bricking of that new add-on.

You can fit the midi skip hire in the back of a middle sized car with a hatch back up to the front doors. This is not something a customer has a concept for unless they have used one of these types of skips before.

In order to get these skips hauled away enough times to keep the waste cleared it will end up costing them more than if they hired the larger skip. Some customers just can’t get around the fact that this is the way to do this kind of waste control and want to go the cheaper route. In the end they all cut the midi skip schedule short and re-schedule the larger one for placement on their job sites.

Some of these customers have been caught trying to put the debris into the waste lorry pickups and occasionally it works, but not on a long time bases. Some of the waste Lorries is now run on biodegradable or bio fuel. These waste Lorries have been under fire for too many violations and have been shut down from further use due to the permits needed to handle such household waste collections. Many of these new waste Lorries have been put into service to remove from service the older waste Lorries. These new bio waste Lorries have been put into service to be more sufficient for not only the public good but for our earth as well. These newer Lorries are better for the environment due to the cleanup of the skips when they are used. These bio-gas Lorries are dumped and after they are dumped the same residue is used to completely clean out these waste Lorries. By using these newer Lorries we not only make a better decision to keep the environment cleaner but the use of these larger skip do a better job for us as well.
