Another day has passed after the birthday of Maurice. She was very happy because all of her friends went to her party especially Mr. Yap, the one that she had a secret admiration.

A week ago She and Mr. Yap went to Oregon Industries, the company that sell skip hire, to check the skip hire prices. They compare the price to other companies and they agreed that the Oregon has the cheapest skip hire prices. Skip-zone Industries, the rival company of Oregon, also do have low skip hire prices but the quality of these skips are not that good compared to the Oregon's. Mr. Yap confirmed it when he compared the two them. He has a list of skip hire prices of both companies. They close the deal with the Oregon Industries and purchased the needed skips.

After the meeting with the Oregon, Maurice immediately started her plan of renovating her house. She was planning to add a house extension, maybe placed in her backyard. In their town, house extensions are very popular that's why almost all of them have it in their home. When the construction started, a worker found a mortar with a pestle while digging in the backyard. He examined the mortar and pestle and he found out the it is very old and had a high possibility that it from ancient ancestors. He then kept the objects and decided to bring it to the national museum so that it will preserved. While on his way to the museum, he saw some shops that are buying old artifacts for a very high price. Then he try to ask how much would it cost if he sells his discovered artifacts and the merchant said that it would likely cost some hundred thousand dollars. The worker was shocked and immediately change his mind. Instead of bringing it to the museum, he decided to sell it to shop because he will make a good amount of money. The worker sold it and he had already the money. He went to a large shopping mall to spend some of the money. He bought two laptops, three mobile phones, two gaming consoles, and a home theater package with a blue ray player. Lastly he went to an auto shop to buy a car and he found one, a cheap BMW Z3, although used but it is in very good condition. The worker was very lucky. He is an instant millionaire that day.
