The construction crew say that they will happily do the building but that will have to organise waste collection. You find one company that will provide you with both ordinary waste collection and also waste recycling.

You are happy with the price of this service but just to make sure you are getting the best deal you search for other companies in your area that provide a similar service. After much research you find a skip service that will do the same service for half the price.
